So I've read about the issue that Nvidia has talked about in the past few days which has caused their stock price to really take a dump.

I was wondering how likely those of us with an 8600M GT in our m1530s will experience problems?

Interesting thing I noticed was that Dell just released yet another driver update 2 days ago for the m1330s, which puts it now at 175.97. While if you check the video driver under m1530, it still has the outdated driver from back in November. I have to say I'm tempted to try this new one, because I've been using the one that was previous to this under the m1330, instead of downloading the driver that was listed under the m1530.

    Thoughts?

Who said they knew anything about it when they shipped them? It's called a recall, and it happens on tons of products all the time. The fact that nVidia is addressing the issue is exactly why you can't sue them (well, you can sue anyone for anything, but you'll frequently lose).
