Nice specs...
If you only have a G router it wont help. But i recromend you upgrade to an N router. If not, get the N card in the NB, so its ready for the future. Although you can upgrade it later if you would rather wait and save some money now, then spend it later. -
I'd say not a bad deal at all ... Mine was $946 before I added a mouse and taxes ... and the only two things that were slightly less, a 250GB HDD and T8100 2.1 GHz processor but everything else was the same ... the offer on mine though ends 7/21 according to Dell's site, which is today. Still $1274 is not a bad deal.

Yeah im thinking about taking the Intel N off. Is is easy to install one of these cards later? I already looked and they average about 10$ less on ebay.
-
I don't think one of these would be very hard to install. Besides, you could always get one that went in your expresscard slot if you wanted and that would be really easy.
-
Yes they are usually easy. On almost every laptop its right under a bay door underneath. And extremely easy to replace.
It would hang out of the expresscard slot though, which i find very annoying and may be more or same amount of $$. -
hmmmmm now or later.....hmmmm ....hmmmm, i like to procrastinate...hmmm LATER! Haha ive got save as much as possible. Thanks for the quick responses.

is that with tax or without? If that is the price without tax, you can find a better deal through one of the links provided by a member here

lol ... no tax ... thats bull. In Michigan its 6% ... grr.
-

In the UK you can now only choose the Intel Wireless N card. It comes as the standard in all XPS's. In the US do you still have to pay extra for this???
Could it be we peasants in the UK actually get something extra for free over other parts of the world?? lol
What do you think of my new 1530?
