    dell wants to arrange a safety capture for my laptop......what is it?.....and if it is a step of replacing my laptop,what next????????????

    Safety capture is what they do when they beleive the system could cause harm. Eg. Hot enough to burn you, smoke, sharp edges, etc.

    They will send you a like or better replacement, when you receive it, ship your old system back.

    thanks for your reply,but if they will replace the one i have now.......what will they give me as now they have no stock from mine or even xps 15 or 17??????????????????????????????????

    they might give you a 1645 or 1647, pretty sure that would be mentioned to you when it happens.
