    My dell got shipped today and it is supposed to be delivered tommorow, but i see two shipments one of them being thank you from third party. What is that? I am suppose to get that in 3 to 5 days. Any thing important?

    so it is just a thank you letter? wow that is pointless.. i hoped it was the dell accessories like the earbud and the cloth

    Yes it is pointless. I had it in one of my orders and I asked one of the online dell reps what it was and she looked at it and said she had no idea. She then said she asked her coworker next to her and that they had didnt know what it was for, and when they pulled up the order number for it, nothing was there.
