    Hi,

I have been watching the XPS M1530 for awhile now, and I really love the look and specs of it... But I am worried about the screen. It seems that a lot of people are having trouble with the clarity and quality of the LCDs because Dell is being cheap and mostly using Samsung screens like they did on the 1520 Inspiron. How many people here have been able to get LG LCDs, or another quality brand (does Dell use anything besides Samsung and LG)? I really don't want to spend $1500 on a laptop and then get stuck with a horrible screen that I'm going to hate. That would just suck. So what do you think M1530 owners? What is the quality of your screens?

    BTW, I'm looking at the WSXGA+ (1680 x 1050) - I'm young, so my eyes are still good :D

    Thanks!

my screen is fine - i have the "old" non-high resolution screen!

i figure for anything high-res (like watching movies), i'll connect to the tv!
