    When i enter my service TAG for my new XPS l502X,the site recognizes it as shown in the Pic and Say ( No downloads available ).


    Any explanation for this?

    even on DELL USA or DELL UK

    I'm having this problem as well. L511z is an upcoming Dell laptop.
    Just manually select your laptop model to download drivers/software.

    I had called Dell today before seeing this post;

    They are aware of this error with their website and are working on getting it fixed.

    I've just checked and it looks like it has been fixed. I'm able to see my correct computer after entering my Tag #. :yes:

    Just for completeness, the image is of the old XPS m2010 desktop replacement. Seems to be the default when they don't have a picture for some reason.

    If it follows the 'z' line, it'll be much thinner though.
