    Hi everyone,
I reinstalled Vista after I tried Windows 7 beta on my Studio XPS 16. So I reinstalled Vista with the reinstallation DVD that came with my laptop. Everything is fine so far then I put the Drivers and Utilities and installed the drivers but then the driver for the graphic doesn't work. So I went on ATI website to get the driver and still the same it won't work. I wonder if is that a common problem or it is me that did something wrong. And another question, where can I get all the other program that was installed in my laptop before.

    -thx

    *EDIT*
My graphic driver finally work, had to uninstall then reinstall *sigh*
But I wonder where can I get programs that I had before such as the dell dock, fast access recognition etc...

Happy to know that you have resolved the graphics issue. Regarding the availability of programs, You may not find all of them on the dell website like the non freeware programs from Roxio, Media direct etc. To get these stuff licensed you can call dell service and ask them to send another CD/DVD. usually they do it free of charge

Dell dock is under Utilities on the website. It's also on the disc.
