    Where can i get Dell MediaDirect 3.3 from?

    I like to reformat my xps m1530 and remove all the Bloatware, but not sure it the disk come with the laptop or not cus i didn't get one. Could someone please inform me thank you.

    Should of had all disk but any how contact XPS support to dispatch one out to you.

    yep, call XPS support and tell them you didn't get a disk. XPS is great, compared to regular dell support.

    But I don't think Media Direct is on the reinstall disk, just the OS......

    Yeap Media Direct is not in the OS cd, it comes separately. They'll send ya one. :D

    Agreed with the other OP's....just contact Dell..and they should be able to send you one!

    Personally..I think Media Direct is a pain in the arse... :eek: But, that is just my opinion..I had probs w/it, that I completely removed it after I started using my lappy! ;)

    Thank you all for your help.

    Maybe because mine is a refurbished laptop and they don't seem to give a F...lol but i'm missing a few stuff like the mediadirect cd, leather dvd case, cleaning cloth and LOTR game according to the service tag when i looked it up. Anyway i will contact dell.
