So I contacted Dell 5 times now. They say there's no way they cant send me a free 64 bit dvd. They said I should contact Microsoft but they don't give free 64 bit dvd's when you've got an OEM version.
Why are we Europeans so screwed?

persist, its worth it: clean install, all the drivers work fine, system seems both more stable and definitely runs cooler -- 44/43 right now when it used to be 65/66 for similar activity.
