Where is a good place to buy a replacement battery and power adapter for my out of warranty XPS 15z?

I figured I'd just go to ebay, but I see all kinds of reviews with people saying the replacement parts work, and others saying they don't work. I'm just curious if there's a site that users of this forum seem to agree is a pretty good place to get these kinds of items.

For the power adapter, try eBay. I bought 2 of the slim 90w adapters from there for $15/each and they work perfectly.

What's the story with the battery is gone that badly after a year? Mine is 5% wear since last year in August. Half of the time kept it unused. I had and still have some problems with XPS 15 L521x.....
I do not use much; I jump from XPS 15z to 15 L521x, use both of them.
I checked on eBay, there are a lot of battery options for XPS 15z, even adapters..
I am using the same adapter for both, 15z and L521x, looks the same.

I really have no idea what's going on with my battery. I've never been able to get anywhere close to the advertised battery life.

Brand new, I got about 4 hours just browsing the web with a small amount of video usage on youtube. I always set the nVidia drivers to use only the integrated Intel card, so it's not that the nVidia card is kicking in (that I know of).

After 6 months, it was under 2 hours on a full charge. If I was watching videos, it was about 40 minutes. This is usually with the screen at 50-75% brightness.

It's even more strange because I would say that the laptop is plugged in about 99% of the time, so the battery should in theory be almost completely unused. I really only know the times because I was trying to test them.

    I'd recommend looking at Amazon.com

I've got my replacements from there, and they work fine (and were cheaper than ebay offers)! AND you have warranty on the parts, something you can't dream off on ebay.

You need to charge and drain the battery from time to time, to keep it working. You should have complained about battery life in the first year, then you get a replacement from DELL.
