    I'd link you to it anyway, but it seems like all XPS downloads are currently non-existent.

    Agreed. Not that it's bad, but there are better looking alternatives that are too accessable to let yourself worry about the Dell dock.

    Definitely get Rocketdock, its waaaay better than the Dell dock.

    Get some Rainmeter on there too. ;)

    I got it, just can't figure it out... Which sucks, because it looks like it could really add a nice touch to my empty home screen.

    I've worried about how resource hogging it is.

    Are there any dell apps that are actually appropriate to keep besides anything required for mapping the special buttons above the keyboard?

    Dell Dock hardly uses any system RAM nor does it utilize much CPU.

    It really all depends on you, I prefer the stock image as typically Dells have less bloatware than HP/Compaq and Acer/Gateway/eMachines.
