I got the L702x with 3GB 3D 555 card. After some initial fiddling I managed to start the 3D mode, but when I tried watching a couple of sample films I found that the sound would start falling out of synch.
A specific clip I have trouble with is
Monsters Vs Aliens Bob's Big Break 3D 1080p Half-SBS AC3
579.08 MiB (607209218 Bytes)
the name of which I provide only to enable a useful discussion about exactly the same source clip. The URL has 6425998 in it as well. If you can see this without sound issues I am eager to know what you did!
I used the version of PowerDVD that came with the machine. I hear good things about the TotalMedia Theatre, but seriously, I do not want to spend another 100 USD just so I can watch some 3D content.
So, any advice? Thanks in advance!

It could be the video file itself, and not the player.

Yes, which is why I have provided enough information for others to try the same file with a small amount of Google work. This is the best idea I could think of to get a test clip that is the same for me and somebody else.
I see the same issue with numerous files. -
I had an out of sync issue with Bolt. MVA downloaded just fine. I use Cyberlink PowerDVD 11. I also had good luck with Avatar, Monster House and Resident Evil all 3d versions. I have been enjoying the conversion of movies, pictures and games to 3d with this software.
Which 3D media player for L702x?
