Now we are finally hearing a new graphics card from Nvidia, I can finally decide which egpu to buy for my Dell XPS 15 9570. There are a lot of egpu, but not every egpu fits my needs.

    1. HP Omen accelerator

Pros: 1) Cheap at $230 USD 2. Has 4 USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.0 type c port, and an Ethernet port. 3) Internal SSD or HDD mount
Cons: 1) Plastic build. 2) Ugly design. 3) maybe bad compatibility?

    2. Razer Core X

Pros: 1) Also affordable price. 2) Aluminium build. 3) Good compatibility. 4) Max 100w charge through TB3 port.
Cons: 1) No IO ports. 2) Big and bulky

    3. Razer Core V2

Pros: 1) Great Design and Build quality. 2) Aluminium build. 3) Good compatibility. 4) Nice and Slim
Cons: AS EXPENSIVE AS GTX 1080.

Which one should I buy or do you guys have any other recommendation for egpu? Will it be even compatibile with Dell XPS 15? Thank you!

I bought the Akitio Node before with my 9560. It was cheap and worked perfectly with my 1070Ti without any compatibility issues. I also aimed for that one because it had no extra ports because of the lower bandwidth lanes with the 9560, not sure if it has any effect on the 9570.

I do believe XPS 15 9570 has full 4 lane, so performance should be no performance bottleneck.
