Today a technician came in and saw the difference in my network cards, he stated that the Intel 5300 had 3 connectors, using 2 of the antennas inside the SXPS 16, while the Intel 6200 only used 1. My question was why does the 6300 cost more? It used to be an upgrade option, but now it comes standard in the SXPS 16s.

Which should I keep, and why?

If someone could elaborate on the differences in the network cards for me also that would be much appreciated. They are all "N" cards you can configure as far as I know, so I'm assuming it's just the range that is increased on the higher rated/more expensive ones but I would like to learn more about the differences.
I have the 6200 Advanced-N which I believe is the best one they have atm.

To be honest I'd go with a 5300.
