I have driver version 15.0.9 on Synaptics which has the two finger scrolling, three finger flick/press. But I've seen pictures of people with three finger drag(such as top/bottom/left/right of screen to open anything) and pinch zoom. I've tried a few driver versions and can't find which one has both.

So the question is, which driver version has all that I mentioned?

    Dell XPS m1330.

Pinch zoom can be found even in version 14 drivers? Maybe you can go to the touchpad configuration in control panel>mouse and explore...

All that did was keep it as 14.0.3 and that has no multi-touch for me. I've tried it before and same result...

Edit: Did it again and it is now 15.0.9 like previously, but still no pinch zoom nor the top/bottom three finger swipe...

I've downloaded those most recent drivers yet mine always says v6.3... Is it just a hardware problem? My XPS is a little over two years old.

I've tried that also. I'm certain my issue is it being v6.3 still but I can't seem to change that...

Well I'm sure that as long as my touchpad can two finger scroll, it can support pinch zoom hardware wise. But I still need a way to upgrade out of v6.3, which I can't seem to do.

    Hi!
I have the exact same problems, I've also used modded drivers, without getting this to work!

    System Info
    Win7 x64 (Compaq/HP)
Synaptics Hardware version 6.5 and Firmware 15.0.17.4

I can do all gestures listed here:
Synaptics Gesture Suite? for TouchPads | Synaptics
without the 2 finger pinch zoom and without the 2 finger rotate

    Hope You can help!

    EDIT:
    >Win7 x64 Home Premium (OEM license) in Swedish
    >I have done all of the listed "solutions" (yes I have scrybe) many times!

This driver has all gestures enabled for all Synaptics touchpads with multi touch capabilities. That means that even after installing this, if you don't get gesture support, then your hardware doesn't support it. Works on most modern Dell laptops (Studio, Studio XPS series), and even worked on my Acer Aspire One! Don't worry about the driver being HP branded. Doesn't make a difference.

Doesn't however work on my M1730 (old hardware :-()

    The provided link has a screenshoot;
This is exactly what I have right now all multitouch is enabled WITHOUT the 2 finger pinch zoom and the 2 finger rotate.
The screenshoot doesnt show those gestures either

The 14.x.x drivers on synaptics website actually inactivate all multitouch gestures and gives me an "EVOLUTION COPY"-label under the driver version in the controllpanel window dialog, when using Windows Update I get the 15.0.17.4 version
