I have a XPS 1702x and with it's integrated, it gives me like 3 FPS which shouldn't be happening because it is powerful enough to run Minecraft.
So I have to force it to use my GPU and using my GPU i experience some funky stuff like it freezing for a little and then after like an hour of gameplay or something the computer completely freezes but i can still move my mouse but it is very laggy and makes a beeping noise.
It may happen with integrated too but I haven't tried because it is way too laggy.

I know how to change it to the Nvidia card, but it will occasionally freeze for a little and then eventually, my entire computer freezes and moving my mouse or clicking anything creates a beeping sound.

Did you update your drivers? Run hardware diagnostics and see if something is up.
