    Why does my flash drive act so slow on my 1730?

    i plug it in and drop and drag and it takes like a hour to do 3.3 gb's but if i do it on another pc it takes about 5 or so minutes. is there a setting I need to enable? this only happens on my m1730

    I'm sure this is not the case, but you are updated to Vista SP2 correct? If not, do so. This will help with file transfers. Make sure all available Windows Updates have been applied.
