    After waiting so long to get my xps laptop, I open it, turn it on... and all the colors on the screen are distorted. It works fine, as I am using it to type this, but all the colors are messed up.

    Dell is going to send out a repair man to replace the LCD, but man this ruined my whole unboxing experience...

    Did you try connecting to an external monitor?
    That'd eliminate graphics card problems before he got there and started playing with your new toy!
