At the highest graphics settings?

For 4670...NO WAY...

I think you should get pretty close to max... -
Probably not at 1080p if you want a decent frame rate but you can definitely run it high on 720p.
Also COD is better on console so if you have a 360 or PS3 get it on those! -
(To avoid starting anything I'll just leave my response to your statement at that.)
I actually agree with Gloomy on this one. I played MW2 on my 4670 and maxed that thing, to my surprise, with great framerates (+40 on average) and at native resolution (1080). I don't think the engine has changed much (if at all) from MW2 and it still runs dx9 (to cater to the consoles), so I think this will run at least on medium at your native res. (I'm even really thinking on high settings). Then again this is all conjecture until you actually play the game, but I believe it will run well on your system while looking better than on the consoles. Don't bother yourself too much. -
mw2 gets a little laggy for me at times so i just turn off shadow. will probably have to do the same for black ops. Its fine 90% of the time but there are those intense fights that just drop frames and its not good.

dont hate on me
I enjoy the keyboard and mouse set up but on console it is good too.

Okay so here is a recording of my xps 16 running black ops. Our cards are basically the same since this game doesnt feature any DX11 stuff.

it chuggs alot running 16x9 all all maxed out. I turned off shadows and AA and its much better.
i will try to upload a video also and show the difference.
EDIT ok recording while playing is really bad so its not an accurate showing of the frames. I need another hardrive to record to to help with the frame drops.

the frame counter is upper right its in the red but only because of recording the video while playing. 90% of the time the game is smooth.
Will I be able to play call of duty black ops?
