    Hi all,
This might've been discussed in the past but does anyone know if Dell plans to put X9100 or QX9300 CPUs on their M1730 systems. I heard that they are discontinuing the M1730s but on the other hand I read that they are planning to offer 9800GTX sli video cards, so I thought that if they are updating their GPUs they might update the CPUs as well. X9000 is still a fine cpu but is not the best mobile processor anymore.
    Any rumors?
    Thanks

Not a chance if they're discontinuing it. It needs a new motherboard to accept the QX9300. Dont know about the X9100, but its probably the same case.
