Studio XPS 13: 9400M???
Studio XPS 16: 9400M and 9600M GT (like the new MBP)???

Would fit with the "Hybrid SLI" from the power point slides.
-
I could see this as plausible for the next version of the notebooks. It would help with battery life considerably.
-
That articles states nothing about what may or may not be in future Studio/XPS products
Post is extremely misleading... -

Cr@p, I could have predicted that five "major" vendors will use the 9400M chipset...Apple, HP, Dell, Acer, & Sony

I just added a link to information potentially relevant to the new Studio XPS models coming out next month. I would expect most people on this board to be informed/smart enough so they wouldn't be "misled" by any post or in your case extremely misled. -
What i don't understand is why Dell does not think 14" to be a viable category any more. I personally think 14.1" is the perfect size (came to that conclusion after using the e1705 for two years and migrating to a 1420
I can even live with a 15.4" one as long as its light weight but Dell seems to not think that some people might like to have an option between 13" and 16" with dedicated graphics. -
I think if you look at a 16:9 13 inch notebook you will find it more to your liking than you think. It's more of a trend than a choice by Dell.
-
id like a 14" XPS in 16:9
-
For me a full 17" model is too big and a 14.1" is too small. A 15.4" (or 16") would fit me quite well.
Will the Studio XPS 13/16 be based on the 9400M?
