Mind telling me how to work around it? Is it possible to do it with just one credit card or will two be needed?

It says only the actual purchaser may request the rebate. So unless you get your friends and family to let you use their credit cards, you are out of luck.

Well I've got a credit card and a debit card so you could pay for one on each and ship to different locations. It's up to each person though to decide if that's worth it.
