Will this screen work with my laptop

As you know my screen busted, I had the P/N: NU763 CCFL at 1280x800.

Anyways I found a 1920x1080 screen from Samsung and I want to buy it but I want to make sure it will fit.

Edit: It's the screen I have, and it works great

 

How about the data connector, ccfl or whatever it is? I'm just nervous since these guys don't accept returns if you ordered the wrong item.

You should be fine. The same cable originally shipped with the CCFL WXGA and WUXGA screens. The replacement part number is XR857.

 

Okay so I can upgrade the resolution then from 1280x800 to 1920x1080 and it will work?
