I have a XPS m1530, I had Windows Vista (Ultimate), I then installed Windows 7 and know I cant connect to my Mobile Broadband card. Does anyone have Windows 7 and Mobile Broadband working?
Thanks

Yup I got mobile broadband working on Windows 7 32-bit, I do get an error message every time I connect it for the first time when I turn my computer on but after that it works fine. I'm in the UK and using 3 Mobile Broadband.
Whats wrong with yours? Do you see the card show up as a USB drive in My Computer? If you can then there should be an install exe in that drive that should set it up for you. Also are you using 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7? There might be some compatibility issues with the 64-bit version.
If no USB drive shows up then the problem is most likely the USB drivers and you can try downloading them from Dells website. -

Did that still no luck. Connection failed with error 777

and you have to include the "#" in #777.. if you didn't -
I'm in serious need of some help, I need to get this card working. I previously had windows vista my card worked fine with the Dell mobile broadband utility. i upgrade to windows 7 everything works great except for my WWAN card (Dell 5720 Verizon). I tried to uninstall but it continues to rollback and dont finish the installation. I dont wont to go back to vista, but might have to if I cant this working. Any hints???
