    Hey guys,

Trying to install windows 8 pro.

I'm tossing the iso onto a USB hard drive. I've tried in both NTFS and FAT32

Whenever I try booting onto the drive, I get "Operating System Not Found".

It works fine on other computers.

    I'm on bios A19.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I've been searching all night. What do y'all know about UEFI that I don't? My specs are in my sig.

Are you plugging the USB drive into a USB 3.0 port? That what caused that same error to happen to me. Using a USB2 port made the process work (just a little slower :p)

Yea, I tried all the ports. I've been having issues though, so Dell is replacing my hard drive and motherboard today. We'll see if that helps and I'll report back
