I've been trying to install windows XP on my dell xps 15 and for some reason, it always gives me a blue screen whenever the cd has already loaded the drivers. Anyone has any idea to why that keep happening? and i've tried many many times and even used a different cd. Thanks

Try to install in IDE mode and do the registry hack afterwards to get to AHCI. My E6410 always had BSOD on AHCI mode, I had to do IDE mode then do the registry hack.

You switch the HDD controller mode in BIOS. Options are usually RAID, IDE, AHCI.
