I ordered an M1530 (specs in sig) and was wodnering if I should upgrade to 3 or 4 GB of RAM. I know that not all 4 GB are used but do you still think its worth it?

EDIT- Will 800 mhz RAM work if I get both sticks with it?

    4gb, because its cheap.

667mhz is the most your chipset will support

4gb for symmetric dual channel, max performance. Yes your system will only recognize 3.5, but you will get the special dual channel.

I agree with the "4GB" recommendations.

Whether you're using a 32bit OS or not... 4GB dual channel kits are so cheap just now, it would be a sin not to buy/install 4GB ;)
