    X-fi crystalizer and other effects not working

    I recently bought dell studio xps 1640 everything was working perfectly but then i had to reinstall my os and after installation i found out that my x fi sound card has some disabled features like x-fi crystalizer and CRSS. i have tried installing all the sound drivers and suite but they wont come back. one more thing whenever i try to install an update R213242 which is available at dell support website then my software installation windows disappears unfinshed kindly suggest me about that .
