Nothing since the CES announcement. Still hoping that it encourages Dell to put out an XPS 14 with an IPS FHD display too.

Of course. I mean, it would surely be absurd for them to release a 1080p display for every laptop except for one model...

    (I just jinxed it.)

I'm really hoping they update their Linux laptop: XPS 13 Developer Edition | Dell

72% gamut means "perfect" sRGB gamut in the Dell dictionary...

I assume it's the same or similar panel as Asus Zenbook uses...

Has anyone been able to find/order the "New XPS 13" with the 1080p FHD display through the Enterprise section of the Dell site?
It's not even listed - just the 720p with the Gen2 Core i processors.

I was wondering the same thing.

Dell's store really needs a lot of work. Finding the computer you want is confusing.

In fact the only way I can get to the 1080p option is by doing a Google Search for "xps 13 1080p", then clicking to an engagdget.com article about the new screen availability and clicking the link from there named, "Dell Store". Bizarrely, if you go to dell.com/xps13, the 1080p option doesn't show.

Dell has made the decision to separate their store by your use case, Home, Office, Enterprise, etc. There are often subtle feature differences between the computers offered. Dell is trying to abstract you from this but, it frustrates me to no end as I want one view that shows me all of the different models I can buy.

So, back to the XPS 13. Once you are on the right form, you are presented with four editions. Two have the 720p screen and two have the 1080p screen. Fine, but you cannot see the difference in the model number. The older 720p models are L321x and the newer 1080p models are L322x, I think. URL link only shows L321x. You can click one of the newer models to configure it. On the customize and buy forms, if you click the link on the right under the little image of the computer that says, "tech specs", it takes you to a page that is not even the 720p model, but the original XPS 13 with the 2nd gen CPU even! Someone at Dell needs to get their act together on this stuff. It's amazing to me how a multi-billion dollar corporation can have such an obviously poor web store.

Apple does their web store the right way. It's simple and I know what I am ordering with confidence. Apple would never allow the older specifications to a computer they are selling to show or have links to the wrong/outdated models.
