I need advice what to do. I'm tired of this POS laptop that since day one has had more issues then any other laptop I have owned.

    Tag # HGBFMJ1

So I called dell out of warranty and they said that the only way I can get the system exchange is to pay $428.00 (6 month warr) to have the mainboard and led replaced. Then I would call them back if I have any issues and they can replace the system. is this BS?

The guy I spoke to gave me this number.

Please advice. i'm tired of this ty laptop but then again $428 is a lot of money to gamble with.

Well if it's out of warranty there's not much you can do about it. IMO $428 is not worth it to get it fixed. I'd sell it for parts on eBay and just get something else.
