    Hello,

    Long time reader, don't post too often.
    I recently (few months ago) purchased an XPS 15. However, I've been having major problems with the USB 3.0 ports on the left side. After much googling, I've figured out that I am not alone, and that a lot of others are having the same exact problem. If anyone else is having this exact problem, I'm asking that they post on the Dell Message board that we are all posting at. I figure if we make enough noise, maybe some resolution will come out of it.

    (I don't mean to lead people away from this board, it's only for this specific problem, and it's the official Dell Website)
