Recently I decided to do some laptop cleanup on my XPS 15 (9530). Slightly motivated by my wifi not working when I come out of sleep.

I have the high end version with the 512 GB Samsung mSATA SSD

First thing I looked at was there are amazingly... 7 partitions on this thing.

What the heck are they all used for?
I think there should be these partitions:
    • Main Windows Volume
    • EFI Boot Partition
    • Windows Recovery Partition
    • Intel Rapid Start Technology Partition

Which ones are which? Why are there more than 4? Also, according to the intel rapid start technology guide, there should be a partition of size 16 GB for the 16 GB of RAM in this thing. But there is not. So even though the system tray icon says its working... maybe it isnt? Also, I have a system tray icon for intel rapid storage technology, is one partition for that?

    Thanks for any help!!
