Recently got this laptop and immediatey reinstalled the OS to get rid of bloatware.

How do I set the media keys to function without having to hold Fn first, like how I had it on my previous Studio 1557?

    Thanks.

I remember there being a BIOS option to do this on some models, but I'm not sure about the L502X. I don't think Mobility Center will have anything (unless there's some Dell customization); you might need to install QuickSet or whatever the current equivalent is.

There is an option in Windows Mobility Center. Bottom left.
