Hello, I have had the L502x for almost a year now and I have seen a weird intermittent problem when waking up my laptop from sleep. Sometimes the device will not wake up and the fan will turn on full blast. Pressing the power button for 10 seconds does not turn it off and I have to resort to pulling out the battery. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I seem to have the same problem as well.

I've just turned it off for now.

Thank you, I now know that it isn't just my laptop. Does anyone at least know the cause of the problem? I really want sleep to work.
