Wow. Seems as if there are a ton of screen problems with this model. Should I stay away from the XPS 15?

Going on my 4th screen. Just got finished called tech support...
Would there be any hardware issues that could be causing this? I'm kind of tired of having to take off work/school so the tech can come in and replace the screen (in which he has cosmetically damaged parts of the laptop each time...) It's getting quite annoying. The first time, 7 dead pixels, then 8 dead pixels, then it was ok, but after some time, more dead pixels showed up & two bright spots were growing. Now, I am counting 9 dead pixels after less than a month of it being replaced.
If there could be *some* hardware issue that could possibly be causing this, I want to fight for a replacement as opposed to them just coming in constantly and replacing the screen...If it keeps going like this, come December when my warranty is up, I'll have two more new screens as well.. -
@Mankix - I owned an L521X briefly, but returned it for a full refund due to the woeful screen quality. I could have had an engineer come and replace the screen, but was informed that pre-used parts are used for repairs. Since the problems with the screen were inherent in the design rather than manufacturing faults there was no earthly point in having it replaced or repaired, which is why it went back, but I suspect you are wasting your time hoping for replacement parts to cure your problem as it would be dumb luck for the replacement to be an improvement on what you have already. Is there any prospect of rejecting the machine as unfit for purpose, given the number of repairs you've had so far?

I don't know how much it costs for the screen to be replaced, but I assumed after so many, they would just offer a replacement all things considered. So, I guess I'm kind of stuck in this for now. At least until I can find time/an alternative
