    It's really weird but even that link gives me a Sorry the Requested File Could Not Be Downloaded message. Cleared cache, tried Google Chrome. Weird...might be location based possibly.

    Yeah - I'm getting the same thing with the A11 bios for the XPS14. Tried single file download and the download manager, but no dice either way. With the manager I get the message 'file not found'. Changing the region seems to make no difference.

    As you say, it could be a regional thing - I notice that we're both UK based.

    The bios update fixes the issue from bios A09 where if you turned on computrace in the bios in a09 it would bang out the video driver.
