Hello,
I bought a USB C to HDMI cable this week to use with a monitor and whilst the monitor works really well, the WiFi looses its connection to my network as soon as I plug in the cable.
I’ve tried the cable on a Lenovo p50 today and it doesn’t have any issues.
Does anyone have any ideas about this?
Thanks, Daniel

Does wifi still work somewhat? Does it disappear from the device manager? Do other networks still show up? Which wireless card? Some more details would be helpful.

Maybe a shielding issue.

The WiFi icon still appears in the device manager and the available WiFi networks still show in the list, all that happens is an asterisk appears in the WiFi signal strength indicator and the network connection stops. As soon as I unplug the usb-c to hdmi cable then the WiFi returns.
I’m still able to connect to other WiFi networks that I have access to and it does connect but there isn’t an internet connection behind it.
The wireless card is the “Killer 1535”
Thanks for your help.
