    I know I have seen instructions on how to do this on the forum, but now I can't find them. Can anyone send them to me, or point me in the right direction? :p

    Pay careful attention to the comments by UNFUNKABLE, as he discovered that the first eBay seller had changed his part slightly. I bought his caddy BEFORE the change took place and mine worked out of the box. I think UNFUNKABLE found an alternate eBay listing that currently works. Or you can just buy the expensive NewModeUS caddy instead.
