As the title says, when ever I restart the computer windows doesnt reconize the WIFI and there isnt even a wifi tab under the network and internet setting menu. It will normally return after resetting once twice.

Just wanted to see if this is a laptop problem or a windows 10 thing?

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Call del support. And be sure to trek then you tried updating drivers and doing av system restore, or else they will este his of your time forcing you to try the obvious.
