I'll update this OP as I go.

    Is it worth it? Yes.

XPS 15 9560 FHD + finger print reader. Windows 10 Pro, Microsoft Office Home and Business + Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. 1 Year Pro Support. £ 2018.34 inc VAT.

I was unlucky and got the Tosh SSD, It also has mild light bleed bottom left corner and bottom edge. 1x16gb ram specified + (additional) 1x16gb ordered, arrived with 2x8gb installed + (additional) 1x16gb.

    External:

Dbrand: Perfect skin and very easy.
    CushCase: Good but very tight.
BASEQI: Micro SD Adapter, sticks out (slightly) but works with the CushCase.
Victorian Systems: Slim USB 3.0 Blu-ray Drive - DVD, CD RW. Very good.
Logitech: Ultrathin Touch Bluetooth Mouse. Very Good.
ICV: USB C AC Charger at 60w. Works very well.
    TeckNet: Cooling pad. Very light.
    Belkin: Thunderbolt 3 Type-C 3.1 USB-C to USB-C Cable. Works.
Ugreen: USB 3.0 Type A Male to Male Cable. Works.
Plugable: USB-C to HDMI 2.0 Cable up to 3840x2160@60Hz. Untested.
Plugable: USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter. Untested.
CSL: CAT.6 Flat Ethernet Cable. Untested.
Lindy: 1.5m Folding UK Plug Fig 8 Cable. Not arrived
HED: Silicone Dust Plugs. Not arrived.
    Soomz.io: Webcam Cover. Not arrived.
Adapters: Lots and lots of adapters, lol.

    Internal:

Dell: 1x16gb RAM taking it to 32GB total. Not fitted
Intel: Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265, 2230, 2x2 AC + BT, Vpro. Not fitted
Thermal Grizzly: Kryonaut - thermal paste. Not used.
Arctic Silver: Thermal Remover & Surface Purifier. Not used.
Arctic: Thermal Pad, 6.0 W. Not used.
SHL: Lint Free Chemical Resistant Cloth. Works

    Tweaks:

Fresh install and drivers: Top of the list but on hold until everything arrives.
Undervolting: I used ThrottleStop, -125mv for core and -75mv on the iGPU. Very easy and works.
    Sound/Speakers: Worth it.

I found almost everything I needed on this forum but if you have any suggestions or questions please go for it. I'll update as I use, fit and test.

Not sure how you think you're getting that 1x16gb in with 2x8gb to give 32gb with only 2 ram slots!

Lol, Well it's wasn't me that came up with the idea of putting 3 sticks in 2 slots, that's all Dell.

Sorted and a new (possibly not new, new but I'm still in the 21 day period) screen. It's food for thought though, and that's why I made this Thread. If what you are doing is time critical then you can get unstuck, it's already a pain for me to sort out and I have flexibility.
