    So i just got off the phone with dell and they now have the backlit keyboard (XPS 15) ready to sell. Ive been waiting to order it for awhile as I'm sure many have. Just thought id share the news.

    Was there a delay on the backlight keyboard for the U.S? I was able to order one from Dell.com with backlight and there has been no issues.

    OP is ordering it by itself to install onto his computer. I assume you mean you ordered it as an option on yours...
