The enter key on my xps 15 (l502x) backlit keyboard makes a squeaking noise when a tiny pressure is applied on the key. I am hoping to see what's causing the problem by removing the keycap. Since this is my first backlit keyboard, however, I was wondering if it is safe to remove the keycap like with a conventional keyboard. Is it safe to just pry it out with my fingernails?

Mine squeaked for a while, it's stopped now after 2 weeks use. How long have you had yours?

I used it for about a week now. Perhaps I should give it more time?
