What are normal/acceptable temperatures for the L502x?

Right now, surfing the web and playing music from iTunes, Speccy shows these temps:

    CPU: 59-64 degrees
    Motherboard: 54-64 degrees
    Graphics: 47-54 degrees

When I convert video to another format, Speccy shows these high temperatures briefly:

    CPU: 92 degrees
    Motherboard: 95 degrees

Those high temps last a few seconds, then drop somewhat.

    Hi,
I would consider using HWmonitor since it is more accurate in my opinion.
And if the temperatures stay the same, then you should consider cleaning the laptop because this is one of the main problems for cooling the laptop down.
My temperatures in idle are between 45 and 55 degrees and while gaming up to 90 on both GPU and CPU.
Also, is your fan spinning loudly when you're converting video?
And I wonder if I could ask you to tell me the power usage in idle shown in HWmonitor and your bios version because I'm currently having problems with these things - my processor which is i5 consumes more power than it usually has to. Thank you in advance :)

Yes, fan spins when needed. I have had no symptoms of overheating: no freezes or crashes.

Is there any reason to believe that HWmonitor is more accurate than Speccy? I've seen both recommended for monitoring, and have read no comments that Speccy is not accurate.

My processor is i7, so my power consumption would differ from your i5.

Here, this thread Inaccurate Motherboard Temps - Speccy Bug Reporting - Piriform Community Forums . Sometimes its readings are inaccurate and I rely more on HWmonitor, but it is just me.
As for the power consumption, I was wondering if you could just check that for me, because I'm sure my CPU's consumption will be close to yours. By the way, do you know what causes this voltage increasing? Any way to lower it down like it originally shipped(without programs)? And which part of the PC controls this apart from the BIOS, which I've tried numerous times to re-flash with no effect on the CPU. :)
By the way, this happened after I ran nVidia inspector and clicked on the advanced options button. After that my XPS's fan started going on/off/on/off which was driving me nuts. I re-flashed the BIOS and this noise stopped. But the fan is spinning constantly now and I noticed that my power consumption had greatly increased which has its impact on the battery life and the life of the computer overall. So that's why I asked you. Please if you have any suggestions, tell me. I'm desperate that I'd ever find how to return my laptop's stock condition..And I like it better than every other laptop because of its great sound and quality overall.

I have BIOS A11, which was issued in May/2012.

Here is HWmonitor's current readout. My PC is currently web surfing, running Skype and playing music from iTunes.

WOW, thank you so much. My i5 reaches up to 24-25W while just watching video and I consider this to be out of normality(because before I installed this ty program the CPU reached no more than 6-7W in idle and about 10 while watching video) but evidently it is not so strange. Thank you again :)
