    Hello

I have an issue with my XPS 15 L502x keyboard. Some keys don't work correctly, they ometimes just don't respond.

I'm wondering if it is a driver issue. I give you screenshots of my keyboard's sys files on Win7 64bits (sorry it is in french, but guess anyone can understand).

    everything is correct with cables

i just thought that the driver should be a usb driver not a PS2.

    Standard PS/2 keyboard

Nope. The keyboard is attached to a PS/2 bus, so a PS/2 driver is correct. If reseating the cables doesn't help, I'd replace the keyboard.

Why? Replacing the keyboard on the L502x is super-easy, and the keyboards can be aquired for cheap on eBay.
