Has anyone switched from XPS 15 with 1080p to XPS 17 1080?
On the xps 17 which one of the screens are better, the 3D screen or the other (wled AG)?

The 3D screen is considered the best of the 3 XPS 17 screens, followed by the FHD Anti-Glare (AG) screen. But the 3D screen loses you the use of Optimus (switchable graphics), quick sync, and widi. That means more heat and fan noise as the Nvidia GPU constantly runs, about half the battery life or less, and several of the Sandy Bridge features lost. Your call on that front, me I wanted Optimus and so I got the FHD AG screen, and it is a solid screen. Not amazing, but being matte is great, I HATE glossy screens.
