I can get the 9560 with 1tb/4k/96whr for 2000 with the onsite warranty. Or, the precision with 7820hq/4k + 256gb + 8gb for 2000 (I already have a 512 950 pro at home waiting). Which one should I go for? It's basically 1TB + fingerprint vs the 7820HK.

Are you planning on using the dedicated GPU? the Precision has the quadro equivalent of the 960m...

Yes, but the 960m is plenty for what I play (overwatch and dota 2).
I am actually interested in the 5520 because the CPU and GPU are both rated at 35W TDP.

Not sure where you're getting the TDP numbers from for either, but intel lists the TDP of the 7820HQ as 45w and every site I've seen lists the M1200 as 45W. You're kidding yourself if you think either of these run cooler than the 7700HQ/1050.

Also traditionally the quado counterpart of the geforce games slower...

Dell listed them as 35W on their website, previously.

Anyway, I ended up buying the XPS 15 9560:
    1TB/16gb (1 DIMM)/UHD/7700HQ/fingerprint scanner/1 year pro support for 2k :)

I think the xps is a much better value unless you are doing cpu intensive tasks
