Brand new XPS 15. When I launched IE, a popup message said:

"Your new Bing Bar is ready to use.

I never installed Bing Bar, so it must have come pre-loaded by Dell. But, before launching IE I had looked in Add/Remove Programs and Bing was not listed there. So, where is it and how can it be uninstalled?

Try to use menu "Tools - Manage add-ons".
It should be there under Toolbars and Extensions"
