Since I've installed Win7 I got a battery recharge problem. When I turn on my DELL XPS 1530 the battery is charging for some time and after login to my windows 7 account it sets it's status to IDLE. It never exceed 57% of charging. I tried to remove battery and put it again, then use it until it's empty and then it starts charging again until ca. 57% then stops.

Does anyone perhaps has a solution or any idea what the problem may be?

What happens when you charge the battery with the laptop at the system BIOS?
