    Hi there,

My 1530 keeps typing No 7's and the tab button on its own.

I've never spilt anything on it any ideas.....

    thanks.

Thats freaky! Sorry, no idea. Might want to clean up the key board with compressed air. Also, may be you could try removing the key, make sure its clean and put them back again. May be its just not sitting properly!!

Reseat the keyboard or call ghostbusters.

maybe you are not aware that someone might have spilled something on it :) This thing happened to my friend inspiron and it was due to some milk that was spilled by his daughter. He ended up replacing the whole keyboard unit. Have you tried cleaning your keyboards?

    At least it's not 6's!

Any ways, I say you press the 7 key like 10 times, with a little bit of force. as it might be stuck, or take your keyboard off, and clean it. (Somehow)
