I got my XPS 1530 two months back. Now i seem to have problems with the creative headphones that came with the laptop. Only one of the earphones seem to be working. What do I do? And is there some kinda warranty for the headphones with which i can get them replaced?

i think u may want to contact creative not dell ,
N.B. only 1 ear phone working is 90% due to miss use, like bending the cables

Dell will exchange them as long as you give them the faulty one as they did so to some customers of the M1330 xps.

Guys, got the headphones replaced by Dell. It seems that they have a warranty on the headphones for 90 days. Mine was running on 101 days, bt still managed to get the replacement done. Thanx for the suggestions.
